HOLDING IN COMPANY
Pursuant to our obligations under the AIM Rules for Companies, we hereby
advise that Lonrho received a notification, dated 11th July 2007 from
Blakeney Management, that following sales of 3,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p
each ("Shares") on 9th and 10th July 2007 and previous notifications
regarding sales of 750,000 Shares on 29 June 2007 and 4,250,000 Shares on 28
June 2007, they now hold a notifiable interest in 23,857,644 Shares,
representing 8.65% of the total voting rights ("TVR") of the Company. These
Shares are registered under Euroclear Nominees.
Lonrho was also notified on 29 June 2007, that following a sale of 1,248,438
Shares on 28 June 2007 Blakeney LP no longer has a notifiable interest in
the Shares of the Company.
