FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series - Alexander Forbes (South Africa): Deletion
13 July 2007
Subject to the acquisition of Alexander Forbes (South Africa, constituent) by
a consortium and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE
announces the following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM

Mid Cap (J201) Alexander Forbes
(South Africa, ZAE000018230, 6348180)
will be deleted from the index.
SA Corporate Real Estate Fund (South Africa, ZAE000083614, 6911225) will be
added to the index with a shares in issue total of 1,570,540,930 and an
investability weighting of 75%. 18 July 2007
FTSE/JSE Africa
Small Cap (J202) SA Corporate Real Estate
Fund will be deleted
from the index. 18 July 2007

All Share (J203) Alexander Forbes will be
deleted from the index. 18 July 2007
