Westcliff Capital Limited - Announces Revised Offer Timetable
Westcliff Capital Limited today announces that it will postpone the pricing
of its Offering of ordinary shares. The revised dates for JSE applicants
and London Stock Exchange applicants to provide indications of interest
under the Offer are as set out below:
Latest date for receipt of indication of interest Tuesday,
for JSE applicants under the Offer 11-Sep-2007
Latest date for receipt of indications of interest Monday,
for London Stock Exchange applicants under the 24-Sep-2007

Announcement of the results of the Offer through a Tuesday,
Regulatory Information Service and SENS 25-Sep-2007
Conditional dealings to commence on the London Tuesday,
Stock Exchange at 8:00 a.m. (London time) 25-Sep-2007
Conditional dealings to commence on the JSE at 9:00 Wednesday,
a.m. (Johannesburg time) 26-Sep-2007
Admission and commencement of unconditional Friday,
dealings on the London Stock Exchange the JSE 28-Sep-2007
