RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of the company
held on Friday 13 July 2007:
- Mr. MA Barnes and Dr. DP van der Nest, who as new appointees retired
as directors automatically in terms of the articles of association,
offered themselves for re-election and were re-elected;
- Mr. DH Petersen, who retired as a director by rotation, offered
himself for re-election and was not re-elected.
