BARLOWORLD LTD WARRANTS NOTICE
Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Barloworld Ltd, regarding the Barloworld Ltd unbundling of Pretoria Portland
Cement Company Ltd.
Due to the unbundling of Pretoria Portland Cement Company Ltd, the following
changes to Barloworld Ltd warrants will take place with immediate effect:
Holders of Barloworld Ltd warrants will now have rights to a basket comprised
of -
1 BAW share/s
1.855 PPC shares/s
Deutsche Bank AG will make the following adjustments to the terms and
conditions of the Warrants below:
