RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Results of Annual General Meeting
Ordinary shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of
Imperial Bank held at the registered office of the company today, all the
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of ordinary shareholders
present at the annual general meeting.
Changes to the board of directors
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements in
respect of changes to the board of directors, Imperial Bank shareholders are
advised that Mr W G Lynch has retired as non-executive chairman of Imperial
Bank with immediate effect. As a result of the aforementioned, Imperial Bank
shareholders are further advised that Mr H R Brody has been appointed as non-
executive chairman of Imperial Bank with immediate effect.
Shareholders noted their appreciation for the significant contribution Mr
Lynch made in the establishment of Imperial Bank.
