Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above HLMIHA, Hot Enhanced
Distribution Securities ("Hot EDS") advised Holders of the breach of the
stop loss level of R28.00 in the Underlying Share, at the close of business
on Thursday, 12 July 2007. HLMIHA has since has been terminated.
The Rebate payment represents the number of Hot EDS held on 12 July 2007,
multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Parcel over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date, over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of
R24.75. This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction to
STRATE.
The VWAP Average on Friday, 13 July 2007 = R27.807
The VWAP Average on Monday, 16 July 2007 = R27.979
The 2 day VWAP average = R27.89295
Rebate payment of R3.14295
Holders will receive R3.14295 for every warrant held.
