TRADING STATEMENT
This trading statement is issued in compliance with the Listings Requirements
(section 3.4(b)) of the JSE Limited.
Iliad and its directors are reasonably certain that earnings and headline
earnings per share for the six-months ended 30 June 2007 will be between 26% and
31% higher than earnings and headline earnings per share for the corresponding
six-month period ended 30 June 2006.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by Iliad`s auditors.
The results for the six-months ended 30 June 2007 are expected to be published
on or about 28 August 2007.
