WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements released on the Securities Exchange
News Service ("SENS") on Wednesday, 9 May 2007 and Friday, 15 June 2007,
shareholders of Metrofile are advised that discussions with Iron Mountain
Incorporated have ceased due to the current lack of clarity on the final
terms of the contract awarded to the BEE consortium, to which Metrofile is a
sub-contractor, as referred to in the announcement released by Metrofile on
SENS on Thursday, 31 May 2007.
Shareholders are therefore advised that caution is no longer required when
dealing in the ordinary shares of Metrofile.
