PRESS RELEASE
In relation to the litigation statement contained in the prospectus to Kelly
Group shareholders dated 12 March 2007, shareholders are advised that an
agreement has been reached between the Kelly Group and the vendors of Funerary
Management Services (Proprietary) Limited, in terms of which the vendors will
pay Kelly a commercially negotiated break fee. Kelly Group will accordingly not
proceed with its legal action and has agreed to withdraw allegations against
Adcorp Holdings Limited.
