Announcement
In relation to the litigation statement contained in the results announcement
of Adcorp for the year ended 31 December 2006, which appeared on SENS on 7
March 2007, shareholders are advised that an agreement has been reached
between Kelly Group (SA) (Proprietary) Limited ("Kelly Group") and the
vendors of FMS Marketing Solutions (Proprietary) Limited, in terms of which
the vendors will pay Kelly Group a commercially negotiated break fee. Kelly
Group will accordingly not proceed with its legal action and has agreed to
withdraw allegations against Adcorp.
