- APPROVAL OF CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COMPANY
-SPECIFIC REPURCHASE AND DE-LISTING OF SHARES
The directors are pleased to advise that shareholders approved the resolution to
change the name of Quyn Holdings Limited to Colliers South Africa Holdings
Limited in order to reflect the marketing strategy and core business of the
company.
For a period of not less than one year, Colliers will reflect the former name
"Quyn Holdings Limited" on all documents of title in brackets beneath the new
name of "Colliers South Africa Holdings Limited".
In terms of the Listings Requirements, approval was granted by the JSE for the
change of name and for the abbreviated name "Colliers" to be used with the share
code "COL" and the ISIN will be changed to ZAE000099461.
The change in name and specific repurchase are subject to the special
resolutions being registered by CIPRO.

General meeting at 10:00 Wednesday, 18 July
Last day to trade shares in the name of Quyn
Holdings Limited in order to be recorded as a Friday, 10 August
shareholder by the record date on
Trading in new shares under the JSE code COL
and ISIN ZAE000099461 commences on Monday, 13 August
Record date for determining those shareholders
whose shares will be subject to the change of Friday, 17 August
name on
Dematerialised shareholders will have their
accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on Monday, 20 August
Date of issue of new replacement share
certificates (see note 3) on or about Monday, 20 August
Notes:
1. The abovementioned dates and times are South African dates and times and
are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will be announced on SENS.and
published in the press
2. Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise their Quyn
shares after Friday, 10 August 2007.
3. Quyn shareholders who surrender their existing documents of title after
12:00 on the record date will have their share certificates posted, by
registered post, within five business days of receipt thereof by the
transfer secretaries at the risk of the shareholders concerned.
