RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of unit holders of the fund held at 10:00 on Wednesday,
18 July, the requisite majority of unit holders approved the ordinary
resolutions as contained in the notice convening that general meeting, relating
to:
- the general authority to issue units for cash; and
- the general authority to the directors of the manager.
