APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mvela Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Carnegie Kelello
Chabedi as an independent, non-executive director of the company, effective
immediately. Kelello is a mining engineer with more than ten-years operational
experience in various management positions at Anglo Coal South Africa. He is
currently a coal mining lecturer and consultant at the University of the
Witwatersrand.
Mvela Resources` board looks forward to the valuable contribution Kelello will
make to the company through his mining engineering background and hands-on
operational experience.
