A portfolio in the ITRIX Collective Investment Scheme ("ITRIX") registered as
such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002

DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Itrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Itrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited respectively) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of Itrix
DJ Euro Stoxx 50 securities recorded in the Register as at 29 June 2007
("holders"), in respect of the period ended 30 June 2007.
Details of the distribution are set out below:
The distribution payable to holders will be an amount in ZAR equivalent to EUR
0.09100 (nine point one cents) per Itrix DJ Euro Stoxx 50 security, less the
applicable management fee as detailed in the Second Supplement to the Offering
Circular and Pre-listing Statement dated 19 September 2005 (the "EUR
distribution amount")
The EUR distribution amount will be converted to ZAR at the exchange rate
prevailing on or about 30 July 2007, details of which will be published on
SENS on 31 July 2007
The distribution will be paid to holders on or about 2 August 2007.
Holders of Itrix DJ Euro Stoxx 50 securities who hold 100,000 or more Itrix DJ
Euro Stoxx 50 securities may elect to receive the distribution in EUR payable
to their "foreign EUR cash account held at their applicable EUR clearer". Such
election is to be conveyed to Itrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited via the
holder`s CSDP in the required format by no later than 26 July 2007, failing
which holders will be paid the ZAR equivalent referred to above.
WITHHOLDING TAX
The EUR distribution amount (which represents a pro rata portion of the
distributable income of the portfolio) has been calculated after deduction of
withholding tax (being tax payable by Itrix to governments of foreign
jurisdictions) on dividends. The EUR distribution amount of EUR 0.09100 per
Itrix DJ Euro Stoxx 50 security is calculated as follows:
Gross foreign dividends of EUR 0.11776 (Eleven point seven seven six cents)
Less withholding tax of EUR 0.02692 (Two point six nine two cents)
Plus other income (interest) of EUR 0.00016 (Zero point zero one six cents).
The information set out above is published for information purposes only,
inter alia, to enable South African resident tax payers the ability to claim a
foreign tax credit or rebate (in terms of section 6 quat) or a deduction (in
terms of section 11(c)(4)) of the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962, in respect of
foreign dividend income accruing to holders. This information does not purport
