registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control
Act, 45 of 2002 (the "Act")

DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively)
have resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix FINI securities
recorded in the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2007. This
distribution will:
- be an amount of 13,00 cents (thirteen point zero cents) (R0,13) per
Satrix FINI security;
- constituted by 13,00 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix FINI securities recorded in the
register on 29 June 2007;
- be effected on 27th July 2007.
The Satrix FINI securities had a Total Expense Ratio (TER) of 19,05 basis
points (0,1905%) (annualised) for the period 1st January to 30th June 2007.
Charges, levies and fees related to the management of the Satrix FINI
portfolio equivalent to 19.05 basis points (0.1905%)of the average net
asset value of the portfolio (on a annualised bases) were incurred. This
ratio does not include the cost of acquiring assets. The current TER
cannot be regarded as an indication of future TERs.
The Satrix FINI portfolio engages in scrip lending activities, with the
sole aim of reducing the net expenses in the portfolio. All income received
from scrip lending is used to defray expenses in the portfolio. The Actual
Expense Ratio (AER), including the impact of scrip lending for the above
period and the cost of acquiring assets is 4,16 basis points (0,0416%) on
an annualised basis.
