CHANGE OF SECTOR
Further to the announcement dated 19 July 2007, shareholders are advised that
the JSE has amended the sector in which AF Pref will be listed. AF Pref
linked units, comprising of AF Pref preference shares and AF Pref debentures,
will be listed in the "other securities" sector of the JSE on 26 July 2007 as
opposed to the "investment products" sector of the JSE as previously
disclosed.
Prospective purchasers of AF Pref linked units are reminded that the Exchange
Control Department of the South African Reserve Bank has restricted the
trading in AF Pref linked units. Only residents of the common monetary area
may acquire AF Pref linked units in the secondary market.
