RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACING AND LISTING OF KAGISANO ON THE ALTX OF THE JSE
LIMITED
PRIVATE PLACING
Exchange Sponsors is authorised to announce that in terms if the private placing
of shares in Kagisano, as detailed in the Prospectus published on the Securities
Exchange News Service on 16 July 2007 and in the Prospectus dated 11 July 2007,
25 000 000 shares at a price of 300 cents per share were placed with select
investors ("private ("placing").
LISTING OF KAGISANO
As the required public shareholder spread has been achieved pursuant to the
private placing, the listing of the issued ordinary shares of Kagisano on the
Altx of the JSE Limited is now unconditional. Accordingly, 118 000 000 ordinary
shares in the share capital of Kagisano will be listed on Altx from the
commencement of trade on 24 July 2007. The shares will trade under the
abbreviated name "Kagisano", with share code "KGH" and ISIN ZAE000098448.
