Reviewed Provisional Results For The Year Ended 31 March 2007 ("the

Shareholders are referred to the provisional results which were released on
SENS on Monday, 16 July 2007 and published in the press on Tuesday, 17 July
2007, and are advised that management have discovered an error in the
calculation of the headline loss. The correct figures are as follows:

BASIS OF PREPARATION
The provisional results were prepared in accordance with the recognition and
measurement requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards
("IFRS"), and the preparation and disclosure requirements of IAS 34 Interim
Financial Reporting. These accounting policies have been applied consistently
to all years presented in these condensed consolidated financial results. The
provisional results are the responsibility of the Directors of Matodzi.
