CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listing Requirement, of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr B.C. Esterhuyzen has resigned as
independent non executive director of the company with immediate effect. The ERM
Board wishes to thank Mr Esterhuyzen for his valuable contribution.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr B.A. Linde as a non
executive director with immediate effect. Mr Linde has a B. Comm (Hon), MBA and
is a financial advisor with expertise in mergers and acquisitions. He will also
serve on the audit, investment and remuneration committees of ERM.
