CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following information is
disclosed:
Mr Leon Crouse, Chief Financial Officer of Vodacom, will join Remgro Limited on
1 April 2008 as financial director designate with a view to succeeding Mr Denis
Falck who retires in the course of 2008.
Mr Crouse previously worked for the Rembrandt group of companies in his capacity
as financial manager of Rembrandt Group Limited in 1986 and as financial
controller of Richemont from 1987 to 1993. In 1993 he joined Vodacom as a
founder-member of the management team that launched the cellular company the
following year. As CFO, Mr Crouse has made a major contribution to the continued
success of Vodacom.
Mr Falck joined Rembrandt Group in 1971 and during his term of service of 36
years has held various key positions. He became financial director of the group
in 1990.
