Retirement of non-executive director
Shareholders are advised that Basil Greenstone has notified the Board of
Directors of Super Group (the "Board") of his intention to retire from the
Board effective 31 July 2007. Basil has been a member of the Board for 11
years. Having attained the age of 70 he has decided to lessen his corporate
directorship activities.
Basil was the founder of Basil Green Auto in 1972, which he developed into
one of South Africa`s premier motor dealerships. He was an executive director
of Motolink Limited which later changed its name to Super Group Limited in
1996. He was appointed non-executive director in 1999.
We sincerely thank him for his dedication and valuable service to the group.
Basil`s significant contribution, business acumen and wise council will be
remembered and we wish him all the best in his well deserved retirement.
