REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the twenty-fourth annual general meeting of the shareholders of Medi-Clinic
held on 26 July 2007, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all the
ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
