PRIVATE PLACEMENT
The private placement of Stefanutti & Bressan shares in terms of the
prospectus dated 25 July 2007 was substantially oversubscribed.
As a result, the total amount of R465 000 000 was raised, 38 750 000
Stefanutti & Bressan shares were allocated and placed at a price of R12.00 per
share. The settlement date of the private placement and the expected listing
date will be Friday, 3 August 2007.
