APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements the company
wishes to announce the appointment of Tony McKeever and Norman Preston as non
executive directors with effect from 24 July 2007.
Tony McKeever has comprehensive experience in strategic and international brand
management, encompassing: corporate identity and strategic positioning; public
relations; international media relations; international brand marketing and
sponsorship.
Tony McKeever studied at Stellenbosch University for a B.Econ. degree as well as
the University of Cape Town for a B.Soc.Sc degree. He furthered his studies at
the Witwatersrand Graduate School of Business in Brand Management and Executive
Negotiation. In addition, Tony holds diplomas from the Institute of Marketing
Management and has completed Modern Marketing for Management courses. He was a
recipient of a Rotary Foundation Business Exchange Program Award to Holland
Norman Preston is the founder and Managing Director of De Novo Business Services
a consultancy practice which for the past twelve years has specialized in
business turnaround, strategic management, financial policy and direction.
Norman is an accomplished accountant since 1976. He completed the Advanced
Executive Program from UNISA in 1986. He has held senior management positions
within two major listed companies between 1976 and 1995. He has successfully
achieved turnaround in three large organizations over the past three years.
