CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
On 27 July 2007, following his appointment as Hold Separate Manager for the
Vanchem operations in accordance with Competition Authorities` requirements in
respect of the acquisition of Highveld by Evraz Group S.A., Dr Allit Johan
Pienaar resigned from Highveld. He had 37 1/2 years of service with the
Corporation of which the last 16 years Dr Pienaar served as Director on the
Board of Highveld.
The Highveld Board and staff extend its appreciation to Johan for his
significant contribution over many years with the Corporation and wish him every
success in the future and specifically with this new appointment .
