RESIGNATION OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listing Requirement, of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Ms. Melinda van der Berg has resigned as
the company secretary of the company with immediate effect. This follows Ms. van
der Berg`s resignation from Sylvan CSI (Pty) Ltd, the supplier of secretarial
services to Zaptronix. Mr Karl Gribnitz who is currently a non-executive
director of Zaptronix and a director of Sylvan fills the position of Company
Secretary of Zaptronix.
