APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul Baloyi
as a non-executive director with effect from 27 July 2007.
Mr. Baloyi is an experienced banking professional with over 13 years in
senior management at major African Financial Institutions. Previously the
managing director of Nedbank Africa, a well as a former divisional director
of Nedbank SA, Mr. Baloyi also held directorships at various African
subsidiaries of Nedcor Limited. He is currently Chief Executive and
Managing Director of the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
