RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Taste
shareholders held today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy. The special
resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of Companies
in due course.
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Trevor Edwards has not made himself available
for re-election at the Annual General Meeting and has resigned as a non-
executive director of Taste as from 31 July 2007.
The board of Taste would like to thank Trevor Edwards for the contribution he
has made to the company and wish him success in the future.
