KAAP AGRI SHARES
RESULTS OF KAAP AGRI SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 5 July 2007 and advised that
at the special general meeting of Kaap Agri held on Tuesday, 31 July 2007, all
the necessary resolutions pertaining to the lifting of the restriction on
shareholding in Kaap Agri (being a maximum of 5% on the shareholding of any
Kaap Agri shareholder) and the issue of 42,350,272 new Kaap Agri shares to
Zeder in exchange for Zeder`s 5.84% shareholding in Pioneer, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The share exchange will result in Kaap Agri`s shareholding in Pioneer
increasing by 5.84% to 27.81%, and Zeder`s shareholding in Kaap Agri increasing
from 5.00% to 21.81%.
A circular is being prepared and will be posted to shareholders in due course.
