DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE KIO SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for KUMBA IRON ORE LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to KUMBA IRON ORE LTD
(KIO) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount
of 350 cents per KIONIA share instalment that is payable on Monday, 10 September
2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 31 August 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 3 September 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 7 September 2007.
