DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("MLAIHA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Mittal Steel South
Africa Limited have declared an interim dividend of 233 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 3 September 2007 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 31 August 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MLAIHA, will receive a Mittal Steel South Africa Limited interim dividend of 233
cents per security on Monday, 3 September 2007 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 24 August 2007.
MLAIHA Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 27 August 2007, and the record date
will be Friday, 31 August 2007.
