August 2007.
Messrs Jeff Molobela and Colin Traub and Professor Paul Sulcas have
resigned as Non Executive Directors of CBS Property Portfolio Limited, with
effect from 1 August 2007.
Mr Ivan Klerck has resigned as Non Executive Chairman of CBS Property
Portfolio Limited, with effect from 1 August 2007.
Mr Wayne van der Vent has been appointed as Non Executive Chairman of CBS
Property Portfolio Limited, with effect from 1 August 2007.
Messrs Gavin Klerck and Mr Jack Barrett and Mrs Amanda Stops have been

effect from 1 August 2007.
