DECLARED PROPERTY INCOME DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("LBTIDB")
Liberty International Plc declared a dividend, the first to be paid by Liberty
International as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") on 2 August 2007 of
16.50 pence per ordinary share, an equivalent in ZAR of 185.9715 cents per
share, payable on Tuesday, 4 September 2007 to ordinary shareholders, recorded
in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 17 August
2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, LBTIDB,
will receive a Liberty International Plc Property Income Distribution of
185.9715 cents per security payable on Tuesday, 4 September in terms of the
Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec
Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the Property Income Distribution)
in order to participate in the Property Income Distribution will be Friday, 10
August 2007.
LBTIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the Property
Income Distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 13 August
2007, and the record date will be Friday, 17 August 2007.
