DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC (LBT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 185.9715 cents per LBTNIC share instalment that is payable
on Tuesday, 4 September 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 August 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 13 August 2007 and the
record date will be Friday, 17 August 2007.
