CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 20 000 000 NEWS CLICKS ORDINARY SHARES
On 3 August 2007, New Clicks cancelled and delisted 20 000 000 ordinary
shares in terms of the general authority to repurchase shares approved by
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 30 January 2007.
These shares were bought back as a general repurchase by a subsidiary
company during the period May 2006 to June 2007.
The cancellation of these shares has no financial impact on New Clicks.
The shares cancelled represent 5.62% of the issued share capital of the
company and following the cancellation the issued share capital of the
comprises 335 957 242 ordinary shares of 1 cent each.
