NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Following announcements on SENS on 22 April 2007 relating to the acquisition of
ConvergeNet SA (Proprietary) Limited, as part of the change in control, 26 April
2007 relating to the acquisition of Structured Connectivity Solutions
(Proprietary) Limited, 28 May 2007 relating to the acquisition of Sizwe Africa
IT Group (Proprietary) Limited and 02 July 2007 relating to the acquisition of
Telesto (Proprietary) Limited, shareholders are advised that a circular,
prepared in terms of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, was posted to
all shareholders on Friday, 03 August 2007. Details of salient dates are set
out below.
PROPOSED CHANGE OF NAME
It is proposed that the name of Vestor Investments Limited be changed to
ConvergeNet Holdings Limited in order to reflect their business as the provider
of information technology services and subsequent to the above acquisitions, to
deliver turnkey project solutions, ancillary support and managed services to the
Middle Eastern, African and South African markets.
A special resolution will be proposed to change the name from "Vestor
Investments Limited: to ConvergeNet Holdings Limited". For a period of not less
than one year, ConvergeNet will reflect the former name "Vestor Investments
Limited" on all documents of title in brackets beneath the new name of
"ConvergeNet Holdings Limited."
In terms of the Listings Requirements, approval was granted by the JSE for the
change of name and for the abbreviated name "Converge" to be used with the share
code "CVN" and the ISIN will be change to ZAE000102067. A circular relating to
the proposed change in name, containing a notice of general meeting has been
posted to shareholders.

the cut-off time stipulated above or in accordance with their agreements
with their CSDP or broker.
3. Share certificates in the name of Vestor may not be dematerialised or
rematerialised after Friday, 14 September 2007.
