1 Introduction
Shareholders are referred to the annual and special meeting of Uranium
One held in Toronto, Canada on 7 June 2007, at which meeting
shareholders approved the Company`s change of name to Uranium One Inc
in order to more appropriately reflect the profile of the Company.
2 Salient dates
The salient dates for the implementation of the change of name of the
Company to Uranium One Inc are set out below.

Notes:
1 These dates and times are subject to amendment. Any such amendments to
the dates and times will be announced on the Securities Exchange News
Service and published in the South African Press.
2 Share certificates in the name of Uranium One may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 17 August 2007.
3 Certificated Uranium One shareholders who surrender their existing
documents of title after the record date, will have their new share
certificates mailed within five business days of receipt thereof by
the transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor Services 2004
(Proprietary) Limited, by registered post in South Africa, at the risk
of the shareholder concerned.
3 Circular to shareholders
Uranium One shareholders are hereby notified that a circular regarding
the change of name, including a form of surrender, will be dispatched
to shareholders on or about 8 August 2007.
