RESULTS OF THE PRIVATE PLACING AND LISTING OF ORDINARY SHARES ON THE JSE LIMITED
("JSE")
The directors of Protech are pleased to announce that:
- the private placing of 12 500 000 ordinary shares at an issue price of
R1.00 each was fully subscribed; and
- the spread of shareholders, as required by the JSE, has been achieved.
The JSE has accordingly approved the listing of 362 500 000 ordinary shares of
R0.000005 cent each in the share capital of Protech in the "Industrials -
Construction and Materials, Heavy Construction" sector of the Main Board of the
JSE under the abbreviated name "Protech" with effect from the commencement of
business on Tuesday, 7 August 2007.
