POSTPONEMENT OF DATES IN RESPECT OF CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COMPANY AND SPECIFIC
REPURCHASE OF SHARES
Shareholders are advised that, as a result of the backlog due to the public
sector strike at CIPRO, the company is unable to register the special
resolutions required in order to change the name of the company as well as the
specific repurchase of shares The final dates for the implementation of the
above will be announced on SENS and the press as soon as such resolutions have
been registered.
