DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited unitholders are advised that Madison Property Fund Managers Limited
("Madison"), in which:
- Marc Wainer, the chairman of ApexHi, has a 12.727% (direct and indirect
beneficial) interest; and
- Wolf Cesman, a non-executive director of ApexHi has a 12.727% (direct
beneficial) interest,
acquired 5 000 000 ApexHi C units ("the sale units") for an aggregate purchase
price of R23 159 413 plus interest calculated at prime less 1.75% from 30 March
2007. Madison acquired the sale units in the context of the phantom incentive
scheme which Madison has put in place as set out more fully in the Madison
announcement released on SENS simultaneously with this announcement.
