RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Datacentrix announces the resignation of Stewart Barker, executive director,
from the board and the company with effect from the end of August 2007. Stewart
will pursue an opportunity outside the IT industry.
Board composition
The above change will result in Datacentrix having, by 1 September 2007, a
majority of non executive directors, with 4 of the 5 non executive directors
being independent. At date thereof, the board will be 75% composed of black
directors.
