CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited:
As notified in the December 2006 annual report, linked unitholders are
advised that Dr Archie Nkonyeni has retired as non-executive director and
chairman of the board. Dr Nkonyeni was the founding chairman of Resilient.
The board would like to thank Dr Nkonyeni for his invaluable contribution
and wishes him a happy retirement.
Mr JJ Njeke was elected non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
