CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MLA SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for MITTAL
STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction
declaration relating to MITTAL STEEL SOUTH AFRICA LTD (MLA) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment Trust have declared a capital reduction amount of 1021
cents per MLANIC share instalment that is payable on Monday, 3 September
2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 24 August 2007. The
Share Instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 27
August 2007, the record date will be Friday, 31 August 2007.
