NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 28 February 2007 ("the annual financial statements") were distributed
today, Wednesday 8 August 2007 and contain no modifications to the audited
results, published on SENS on Monday 21 May 2007.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc whose unqualified
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to sharesholders today
with the annual financial statements.Notice is hereby given that the 2007
Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, 31 August 2007
at 09:00, at the offices of the company at Unit 219, Greenhills Industrial
Estate, Sam Green Road, Tunney Ext 6, Germiston, Gauteng to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
