RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Gooderson
shareholders held today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders present and represented by proxy. The special
resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
