advised of the resignation of Ms Retha Stoltz as the Company Secretary of Blue
with effect from 13 August 2007. Ms Stoltz is leaving the Company in order to
pursue other business opportunities. Mr Reynier van der Westhuizen will be
appointed as the Company Secretary of Blue with effect from 13 August 2007.
