RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Thabex herewith announces that all ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the general meeting held today were approved by the
requisite majority of persons represented in person and by proxy, relating to
the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Minnex Exploration Limited
and the change of the Company`s name to Thabex Limited.
The special resolution to change the Company`s name to Thabex Limited will be
submitted to CIPRO in due course.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the salient dates and times announced on
SENS on 13 July 2007 and as contained in the Circular to Thabex shareholders
issued on 16 July 2007 in respect of the name change are no longer applicable.
The new finalised salient dates and times in respect of the name change will be
announced on SENS and published in the press when the special resolution is duly
registered by CIPRO.
