REGISTRATION OF COURT ORDER
Brandcorp shareholders are advised that a notarially certified copy of the
Order of Court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement was registered with
the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office on 8 August
2007. Accordingly, all the conditions precedent to the scheme have been
fulfilled. The salient dates regarding the implementation of the scheme of
arrangement are as set out in the announcement released on SENS on 7 August
2007 and published in the press on 8 August 2007.
