NOTICE OF SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FOR THE 4 MONTHS ENDED 31 JULY 2007
Atlas linked unitholders are referred to the circular dated 27 June 2007 and
other announcements in relation to the acquisition by Acucap Properties Ltd
("Acucap") of 100% of the linked units in Atlas not already owned by Acucap
pursuant to a scheme of arrangement in terms of section 311 of the Companies Act
(Act No. 61 of 1973) as amended.("the scheme")
Subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent for the scheme:
Notice is hereby given that a special distribution of 59,115 cents per unit,
consisting of interest of 58,855 cents per debenture and a dividend of 0,260
cents per share has been declared in respect of the four months ended 31 July
2007. The record date for this distribution is Friday, 24 August 2007 with a
payment date of Monday, 27 August 2007. The last date to trade the linked units
cum-distribution is Friday, 17 August 2007. The listing of Atlas linked units
will be suspended at commencement of trading on Monday, 20 August 2007.
Linked unit certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after
Friday, 17 August 2007.
